BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Aug. 28 - Sept. 3. 

Stephen E. Boyle Jr., 54, of Northport, probation violation in Northport April 4, 2022, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

Aaron Gallegos, 34, of Ellsworth, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Prospect April 22, 2022, five months in jail and $400 fine. 

Eric N. Littlefield, 37, of Searsport, probation violation in Searsport Jan. 1, 2023, probation not violated. 

Carlton S. Munro, 34, of Gardiner, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Jackson July 11, 2023, $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Jackson July 11, 2023, $250 fine. 

Jamie L. Woodman, 42, of Prospect, operating while license suspended or revoked in Prospect June 25, 2023, dismissed. 

Jeffry L. Dunham, 53, of Frankfort, violating a condition of release in Frankfort Sept. 25, 2023, dismissed. 

Jason G. McAllister, 41, of Knox, burglary in Stockton Springs June 4, 2024, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Stockton Springs June 4, 2024, $500 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 27, 364 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Feb. 27, $250 fine. 

Matthew Bussell, 32, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Oct. 11, dismissed. 

Krystyl Robbins, 33, of Brooks, criminal mischief in Belfast April 4, $300 fine and $1,499 restitution.

Matthieu E. Eluziaro, 32, of Lisbon Falls, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the posted limit in Belmont Aug. 4, $400 fine. 

Zenan Jin, 29, of Malden, Massachusetts, fishing without a valid license in Palermo May 24, $75 fine. 

Scott Leathers, 49, of Brewer, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the posted limit in Frankfort July 1, $400 fine.

Sara C. Meserve, 26, of Bangor, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the posted limit in Morrill June 13, $400 fine. 

Jordan E. Sherman, 22, of Liberty, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor in Liberty July 3, $400 fine. 

Xavier Towne, 21, of Monroe, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the posted limit in Monroe June 2, $400 fine. 

Mark E. White, 57, of Morrill, failure to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belmont July 20, dismissed. 

Dahlia R. Woodrow, 25, of Waldo, operating after registration suspended in Belfast May 31, dismissed. 

Thatcher E. Silar, 50, of Northport, violating a protection from abuse order in Northport June 16, 48 hours in jail. 

Christopher Cooney, 29, of Benton, operating or permitting operation of an unregistered motorboat in Unity July 6, $100 fine. 

Robert A. Mitchell, 40, of Unity, operating an unregistered ATV in Unity July 6, $200 fine.

Bryan J. Savoy, 50, of Dixmont, operating without safety equipment in Unity July 6, $100 fine.
