Sidney Aho-Tran, 34, of Rockland, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force in Rockland Dec. 25, 2023, $500 fine; obstructing obstructing public ways in Rockland Dec. 25, 2023, $500 fine all suspended; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise in Rockland Dec. 25, 2023, $500 fine all suspended; violating condition of release in Rockland Sept. 6, 2024, $500 fine all suspended; violating condition of release in Rockland Feb. 11, 2024, $500 fine all suspended.

Amy W. Atwood, 55, of Owls Head, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Rockland April 22, 2025, $400 fine all suspended, two years in jail with all but 60 days suspended, probation two years; operating under the influence (drugs or combination) in Rockland April 22, 2025, $500 fine, 30 days in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Joseph E. Bridges, 27, of Northport, operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, one prior, in Rockland May 12, 2025, dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockland May 12, 2025, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Kenneth W. Brooks, 51, of Warren, violating protection order in Warren April 9, 2025, six months in jail.

Morgan L. Campbell Jr., 46, of Hope, operating while license suspended (operating under the influence) in Union April 3, 2025, $600 fine; violating condition of release, two counts, in Union April 3, 2025, both guilty.

Matthew S. Catalano, 42, of South Thomaston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled in Rockland Aug. 25, 2021, $400 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland April 1, 2022, $400 fine; violating condition of release in Rockland April 1, 2022, guilty.

Robert A. Curtis, 67, of Rockland, theft by receiving stolen property in Rockland Aug. 29, 2024, $1,000 fine, 10 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two counts, in Rockland Aug. 29, 2024, $500 fine, 10 days in jail for each count.

Terry M. Duke, 37, of Waldoboro, domestic violence assault in Rockport July 8, 2024, dismissed; criminal mischief in Rockland July 8, 2025, $150 fine; driving to endanger in Rockland July 8, 2025, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockport July 8, 2024, $150 fine.

Lyndon Harrington, 51, of Friendship, assault in Friendship May 9, 2025 $300 fine; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Friendship May 9, 2025, $250 fine all suspended.

Kathryn Holub, 54, of St. George, operating under the influence (alcohol) in St. George May 23, 2025, $1,000 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Alicia R. Johnston, 31, of Union, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Jan. 12, 2025, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Thomas M. Johnson, 32, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol) in St. George Feb. 3, 2025, $1,000 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Timothy R. Johnson, 23, of Fairfield, domestic violence criminal threatening, with priors, in Rockland June 21, 2025, six months in jail; criminal trespass in Rockland June 27, 2025, 60 days in jail; improper contact with victim in Rockland June 27, 2025, 60 days in jail.

Michelle M. Leonard, 58, of Waldoboro, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Nov. 9, 2024, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Nov. 9, 2024, $400 fine.

Robert Littlehale II, 52, of Union, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Thomaston Jan. 6, 2025, $750 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Michael Norton Jr., 25, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol) in South Thomaston May 27, 2024, $500 fine; assault on an officer in Rockland Jan. 7, 2025, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force in Rockland Jan. 7, 2025, $250 fine all suspended; assault in Rockland Jan. 7, 2025, $300 fine all suspended.

Barry Reed, 44, of Cushing, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Friendship June 4, 2025, $750 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Jacqueline Rounds, 47, of Thomaston, endangering the welfare of a child in Union July 24, 2022, $250 fine.

John H. Seavey, 38, of Washington, of probation violation on a prior conviction of aggravated assault in Washington April 18, 2022, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

James Smith, 41, of South Thomaston, unlawful sexual touching in South Thomaston Oct. 22, 2023, $500 fine.

Nicholas Wallace, 37, of Rockland, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockland Sept. 17, 2024, unconditional discharge.

William C. Ward, 54, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Camden Aug. 30, 2024, guilty; home repair fraud in Camden Aug. 2024,  dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Camden Aug. 30 2024, dismissed.

Rachel E. Winchenbach, 25, of Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized use of property in Washington Dec. 11, 2024, $250 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force in Warren June 26, 2025, $200 fine; criminal trespass and violating condition of release, $200 in fines all suspended.
