Belfast — The following cases were closed in Waldo County unified court Nov. 13-18.
Cole Libby, 31, of Liberty, theft by receiving stolen property in Liberty Aug. 4, 2022, six months in jail and probation revoked; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belmont Dec. 14, two years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine.
Matthew McIver, 38, of Monroe, probation violation in Monroe Feb. 17, 2023, three days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Siqi Lu, 29, of Amherst, Massachusetts, aggravated criminal trespass in Northport March 16, 2023, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening in Northport March 16, 2023, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Northport March 16, 2023, dismissed; criminal mischief in Northport March 16, 2023, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Northport March 16, 2023, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Northport April 19, 2023, dismissed.
Katherine M. Santerre, 42, of Stockton Springs, illegal possession of a firearm in Brooks April 14, 2024, six months in jail; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Brooks April 14, 2024, three years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Sept. 25, 2024, six months in jail; hindering apprehension or prosecution in Belfast May 3, six months in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast May 3, six months in jail; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs May 20, six months in jail; violating a condition of release in Searsport June 11, dismissed.
Jason P. Trundy, 43, of Winterport, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Thorndike April 2, 2024, dismissed.
Kellie Thompson, 29, of Lagrange, cruelty to animals in Belfast June 3, 2024, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast June 3, 2024, dismissed.
Shane L. Thibodeau, 55, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast June 23, 2024, dismissed.
Nicholas G. Martin, 34, of Calais, burglary in Stockton Springs July 23, 2024, three years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, and $805 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Stockton Springs July 23, 2024, 90 days in jail.
Miguel A. Mercado, 38, of Searsport, criminal trespass in Belfast Aug. 14, 2024, 30 days in jail; terrorizing in Belfast Jan. 1, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast April 11, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Belfast April 11, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast April 11, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast March 13, six months in jail, one year of probation, $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 13, unconditional discharge; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusing to stop) in Belfast March 13, unconditional discharge.
Ryan J. Klekotta, 43, of Brooks, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Brooks Oct. 29, 2024, five years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; two counts of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Brooks Oct. 29, 2024, both dismissed.
Kyle B. Young, 40, of Lincolnville, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast March 15, three years in prison with all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine.
Paige M. Rich, 32, of Burnham, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Burnham March 17, dismissed.
Frank N. Pelletier, 65, of Benton, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Knox June 28, $400 fine.
Jamie Kersey, 49, of Bangor, domestic violence assault in Winterport July 12, dismissed.
Kenneth G. McIver, 59, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Monroe Jan. 26, nine months in jail with all but 10 days suspended, one year of administrative release, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine.
Matthew A. Small, 46, of China Village, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Palermo July 12, $250 fine and $592 restitution.
Kevin J. Solitaire, 48, of Thorrington, Connecticut, trespass of a motor vehicle in Knox May 20, dismissed.
