BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Oct. 6-27.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Oct. 6

Isaak Cummings, 19, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on High Street.

Oct. 14

Jewel Prior, 29, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Waldo Ave. 

Oct. 16

Rick Flood, 48, of Belfast, was arrested for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, assault, and terrorizing on Lincolnville Ave.
