All are welcome to join in their own small craft. Meet out on the water at the footbridge at 4:15 p.m. The witchy procession will “fly” around Belfast Harbor and the Passagassawakeag River as a group.
Participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather, wear a lifejacket, bring a headlamp or flashlight, a cellphone, and trick o’ treats to share.
