Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity March 21-31.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
March 21
Isaac Cummings, 18, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence terrorizing, domestic violence criminal threatening, and illegal possession of alcohol, on East Ave.
March 22
Timberly Leathers, 54, of Brooks, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Belmont Ave, stemming from an incident Feb. 28.
March 26
Kelsey L. Perkins, 34, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Miller Street.
Shanna L. Harriman, 39, of Montville, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Main Street, stemming from an incident March 20.
Harley Wellman, 22, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Lincolnville Ave.
March 27
Matthew L. Carson, 40, of Waldo, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Belmont Ave, stemming from an incident Feb. 14.
March 28
Chelsie M. Cough, 29, of Orland, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Main Street.
March 29
Thomas McKay, 35, of Belmont, was arrested for failure to appear.
