Belfast — Police reported the following activity Jan. 19 - Feb. 10.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Jan. 19
Terri L. Dillard, 63, of Rockland, was issued a summons for theft on Belmont Ave.
Jan. 30
Amanda Dunham, 37, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft on Starrett Drive.
Jan. 31
Eric M. Paquin, 35, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release and domestic violence assault on Back Belmont Road.
Feb. 2
Ladonte McCray, 53, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sweetser Drive, stemming from an incident Jan. 28.
Feb. 6
Stephen P. Cummings, 38, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence criminal threatening on East Ave.
Feb. 8
Gilbert Matos, 43, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear. Matos was issued summonses for operating without being licensed and violating a condition of release on Edgecomb Road.
