Belfast — Police reported the following activit Nov. 12 - Dec. 31.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Nov. 12
Kevin N. Marsonakis, 36, of Swanville, was issued a summons for theft on Main Street.
Dec. 16
Kyle Perkins, 39, of Union, was issued summonses for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and operating under the influence on Searsport Ave, stemming from an incident Oct. 15.
Randi Nickerson, 42, of Swanville, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a property damage crash on Main Street, stemming from an incident Nov. 21.
Dec. 22
Bryan N. Madera, 36, of Augusta, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Main Street.
Dec. 23
Rebecca Curtis, 42, of Swanville, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Route 1.
Dec. 26
Philip J. Dulude, 58, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release, operating under the influence, and operating after suspension on Route 1.
Angelina Rock, 49, of Belfast, was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest or detention, violating a condition of release, and failure to appear.
Dec. 27
David Andersen, 19, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear.
Dec. 30
Richard Brown, 71, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear.
Rebecca Curtis, 32, of Swanville, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Northport Ave.
