Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Sept. 29 - Oct. 15.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Sept. 29
Dakota Nee, 18, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Church Street.
Oct. 7
James Witham, 45, of Belfast, was arrested for three counts of unlawful possession of a schedule W drug, violating a condition of release, and unlawful possession of a schedule X drug on Swan Lake Ave.
Oct. 8
August Viehweger, 35, of Frankfort, was arrested for possession of a schedule W drug on Northport Ave.
Oct. 10
Jonas Whiting, 49, of Northport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Belmont Ave.
Oct. 12
Carl O. Churchill II, 53, of Waterford, was arrested for operating under the influence and refusing to stop for a law enforcement officer, and on Route 1 bridge.
Oct. 13
Lia Frazee, 21, of Swanville, was arrested for failure to appear.
Oct. 14
Christopher Seekins, 32, of Brooks, was arrested for two counts of unlawful trafficking in a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release on Poors Mill Road.
