Nealley J. Horne, 47, of Monroe, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 30, 2018, $250 fine.
Joshua Breault, 45, of Stockton Springs, probation violation in Stockton Springs Nov. 19, 2021, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Alyssa Thibodeau, 29, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport Aug. 2, 2023, 48 hours in jail and $224.90 restitution; theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property in Winterport Aug. 2, 2023, 48 hours in jail; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Brooks Sept. 10, 2024, two years in prison with all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine.
Melinda Frazee, 67, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast July 21, 2024, dismissed.
William V. Hegstrom, 20, of Brooks, driving to endanger in Belfast Sept. 1, 2024, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belfast Sept. 1, 2024, $250 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Sept. 1, 2024, $250 fine; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Belfast Sept. 1, 2024, $250 fine.
Katrina Steiner, 27, of Unity, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Knox Nov. 5, 2024, dismissed.
Jason Grant, 46, of Oakland, domestic violence terrorizing in Palermo Dec. 10, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Palermo Dec. 10, 14 days in jail; creating a police standoff in Palermo Dec. 10, 14 days in jail.
Alton E. Lane Sr., 46, of Frankfort, criminal threatening in Frankfort Jan. 20, dismissed.
Ryan S. Flannery, 40, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Waldo Dec. 22, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 15, 60 days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Feb. 15, 60 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs April 8, 15 days in jail.
