Just a heads up, on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026 at 6:00 PM, MWPA members & friends can attend an in-person Gather at one of several locations around the state.
In the Midcoast, Gather will take place in Camden (40 Washington Street, www.40paper.com) at 6 p.m. They will be in the side room with the sliding barn door.
They will start the meeting with an icebreaker question and then move into general chattiness. Wednesday’s icebreaker will be: “On the heel of St. Patrick’s, how have you incorporated a holiday, tradition, or myth into your writing OR what is a favorite book you have read that has a holiday, tradition, or myth as a central plot point?"
To join these meetups, one must be a member of Maine Writers & Publishers Alliance or be a guest of a member.
