Police arrest Rockland man on alleged child pornography charges

    On Oct. 18, Thomas Lucier, 41, of Rockland, was arrested by Rockland Police on multiple outstanding warrants related to the possession and dissemination of child pornography.

    The warrants were issued after an investigation by the Rockland Police Department and Maine State Police Computer Crimes Unit, according to the Rockland Police Department.

    Lucier was apprehended by the U.S. Marshals Violent Offender Task Force, which consists of officers from the U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Border Patrol, Maine State Police, Maine Department of Corrections and the Biddeford Police Department.
