Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity July 16-22.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 30 (late entry)
Bradley W. Gerry, 54, of Pittsfield, was issued a summons for theft by deception on Searsport Ave, stemming from a June 1 incident.
July 16
Raymond H. Brown, 19, of, Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release and leaving the scene of an attended vehicle accident on Union Street. Brown was issued a summons for operating without a license.
July 18
April Pattershall, 39, was arrested for violating a condition of release and criminal trespass in Belfast.
Benjamin Williams, 23, of Bradford, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Back Searsport Road.
July 19
Raymond Brown, 19, of Belfast, was arrested for forgery, negotiating a worthless instrument, criminal mischief, and violating a condition of release.
July 22
Justin A. Lusczki, 37, of Rockland, was arrested for failure to appear.
