BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity June 3-20.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 4
Francis E. Richardson III, 26, of Lincolnville, was arrested for disorderly conduct, violating a condition of release, and refusal to submit to arrest or detention on Higgins Hill Road in Morrill.
June 11
Adam Daggett, 39, of Lincolnville, was arrested for violation of bail conditions.
June 14
James Dufault, 42, of Oakland, was issued summonses for attaching false plates and violating a condition of release on Detroit Road in Troy.
June 16
Mitchell McPartlin, 38, of Liberty, was arrested for failure to appear.
Mark A. Giza, 57, of Florida, New York, was arrested for operating under the influence and operating after revocation on Augusta Road in Belmont.
Timothy D. Monahan, 47, of Wolcott, Connecticut, was issued summonses for operating without a license and attaching false plates in Liberty.
Brent Foster, 28, of Newport, was arrested for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and operating under the influence on Moosehead Trail in Brooks.
June 18
Brandon M. Parker, 34, of Palermo, was issued a summons for operating after revocation on North Palermo Road in Palermo.
