Sarah E. Kinnaman, 42, of Camden, operating under the influence in Belfast May 17, 2019, dismissed. 

Stephen Sherer, 58, of Stockton Springs, driving to endanger in Stockton Springs Aug. 11, 2019, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Stockton Springs Aug. 11, 2019, dismissed. 

Dale Hutchinson, 64, of Frankfort, home repair fraud in Stockton Springs April 4, 2019, $250 fine and $2,400 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Stockton Springs April 4, 2019, dismissed; home repair fraud in Searsport Nov. 20, 2019, $250 fine and $2,700 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsport Nov. 20, 2019, dismissed. 

Login Armstrong, 20, of Clifton, reckless conduct in Waldo Oct. 20, 2019, two years in prison with all but 120 days suspended, two years of probation, and $12,348.89 restitution. 

Anthony L. Sweetland, 25, of Waldo, furnishing liquor to a minor in Belfast Feb. 6, 2020, dismissed. 

Robert J. Sears, 29, of Bangor, operating after habitual offender revocation in Unity May 3, 2020, dismissed. 

Randy S. Fairbrother, 40, of Prospect, attaching false plates in Belfast June 22, $150 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Dec. 6, $250 fine. 

Travis S. Redman, 48, of Verona, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs May 20, $400 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs May 20, $250 fine. 

Taylor Hamor, 22, of Winterport, domestic violence assault in Winterport Aug. 31, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Winterport Aug. 31, dismissed. 

Alic Flagg, 18, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Searsport Sept. 24, five days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Sept. 3, $250 fine; failure to register a vehicle in Searsport Sept. 3, $150 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Aug. 22, $250 fine; operating an ATV on the land of another without permission in Belfast Oct. 6, $100 fine; operating an ATV on a public way in Belfast Oct. 6, $100 fine.

Phillip McFadden, 28, of Waldo,  violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 28, seven days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast April 28, seven days in jail. 

Pedro M. Delgado Bristol, 27, of Belfast, violating a protection from abuse order in Searsport Feb. 5, 10 days in jail and a $1,000 fine. 

Ethan Ekberg, 20, of Westford, Massachusetts, minor consuming liquor in Belfast July 3, dismissed. 

Tonya Milliken, 38, of Searsport, use of drug paraphernalia in Belfast July 21, dismissed.
