BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Feb. 17-25. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Feb. 17

Peter P. Cousins, 23, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating with two inadequate tires on Route 1. 

Jacques Lucas, 55, of Montville, was issued a summons for speeding 54 mph in a 40 mph zone on Northport Ave. 

Feb. 19

Nicholas A. Parker, 33, of Belmont, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and operating after suspension.

Salvador J. Gomez, 38, of Winterport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1. 

Feb. 20

Charles Resh, 43, of Searsport, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Martin Lane. 

Feb. 21

Tyler Kirkpatrick, 19, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle on Jessie Robbins Road.
