BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Feb. 3-10.
Nicholas A. Parker, 32, of Belmont, violating a condition of release in Frankfort June 22, 2019, seven days in jail.
Imma Thomas, 21, of Belfast, aggravated criminal trespass in Belfast July 18, 2019, 364 days in prison with all suspended and two years of probation; criminal threatening in Belfast July 18, 2019, unconditional discharge; assault in Belfast July 18, 2019, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Frankfort Jan. 20, 364 days in jail with all suspended and two years of probation; criminal mischief in Frankfort Jan. 20, $200 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 20, $200 fine.
Dakota S. Raven, 25, of Freedom, probation violation in Belmont Oct. 15, 2019, nine months in jail and probation partially revoked; escape in Belfast Sept. 29, four years in prison with all but nine months suspended and two years of probation.
Brian A. Collins, 33, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast Oct. 27, 2018, $250 fine; domestic violence assault in Belfast Oct. 27, 2019, dismissed.
William M. McLaughlin, 36, of Verona, violating a condition of release in Northport Dec. 29, 2018, $500 fine; operating after habitual offender recovation in Northport Dec. 29, 2018, dismissed.
Niccole Hall, 38, of Belfast, theft by deception in Belfast March 21, 2019, $200 fine and $120 restitution.
Ryan S. Flannery, 35, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 4, dismissed; operating under the influence in Stockton Springs Aug. 12, 10 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $600 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug (two counts) in Stockton Springs Aug. 12, both dismissed; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Aug. 12, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Sept. 2, 10 days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs Sept. 13, nine months in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Sept. 13, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 12, 10 days in jail.
John A. Watson, 20, of East Machias, driving to endanger in Winterport Sept. 14, 2019, dismissed.
Eric A. Leppanen, 50, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast April 20, dismissed.
Derek Keller, 30, of Montville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Montville Aug. 18, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Montville Aug. 6, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Freedom July 26, 48 hours in jail; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Oct. 19, nine months in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Oct. 19, 30 days in jail.
Lucas Trask, 19, of Bangor, illegal transportation of a firearm in Monroe July 25, nine months in jail.
Kyle C. Doughty, 24, of Brooks, burglary of a motor vehicle in Stockton Springs July 2, 90 days in jail with all suspended, one year of administrative release, and $194.50 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Stockton Springs July 2, 90 days in jail with all suspended, one year of administrative release, and $194.50 restitution.
Jacob S. Aitken, 26, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville Oct. 24, $500 fine.
William C. Whitcomb, 39, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 8, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Dec. 8, $250 fine.
Chandler D. Littlefield, 51, of Frankfort, illegal possession of a firearm in Belfast Dec. 10, 45 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 10, dismissed.
Silas G. Mehuren, 19, of Swanville, driving to endanger in Belfast Dec. 17, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.
