BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Jan. 26 - Feb. 10. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Jan. 26
Samantha Buchanan, 30, of Belfast, was issued a summons for having a perpetually truant student.
Jan. 29
James Hall, 62, of Swanville, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to notify the operator/owner of an unattended vehicle collision on Mill Lane.
Feb. 3
Nicholas T. Ripley, 22, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Back Belmont Road.
Feb. 4
Sally Fischel, 76, of Holden, was issued a summons for speeding 44 mph in a 25 mph zone on Waldo Ave.
Michael L. Gray, 39, of Swanville, was arrested for operating under the influence and operating without a license (in violation of conditions/restrictions)on Route 1.
Theodore J. Haynes, 37, of Brooklyn, New York, was issued a summons for possession of a schedule Z drug on Starrett Drive.
Feb. 7
Danna Ware, 59, of Troy, was issued summonses for disorderly conduct, assault, and reckless conduct on High Street.
Johanna M. Lane, 40, of Winslow, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct on High Street.
