    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Jan. 15-21. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Jan. 15

    Joseph R. Sampson, 53, of Winterport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Swan Lake Ave.  

    Ernest Anderson, 52, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Starrett Drive. 

    Jan. 16

    Sandra Rich, 58, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Lincolnville Ave. 

    Jan. 17

    Anthony Hines, 28, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    Donovan O. Conary, 23, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    Jan. 18

    Adam Snodgrass, 25, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Cardinal Circle. 

    Olivia Carpentier, 26, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violation of a condition of release on Swan Lake Ave. 

    Jan. 19

    Michael E. Paquin, 51, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Thompson’s Wharf. 

    Jan. 20

    Janessa Moulton, 30, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to stop and operating after suspension on Mill Lane. 

    Jacob Aitkins, 26, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating a condition of release on Route 1. 

    Imma Thomas, 21, of Frankfort, was arrested for domestic violence assault, criminal mischief, and violating conditions of release on Piper Stream Road.
