Waldo County Unified Court, closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court March 16-27.

    Marion Hustus, 35, of Waldo, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo Oct. 3, three years in prison with all but four months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo Oct. 7, four months in jail and $400 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Waldo Nov. 7, four months in jail. 

    Frank L. Johnson II, 55, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast Nov. 7, 96 hours in jail; criminal trespass in Belfast Oct. 25, 96 hours in jail. 

    Jacob A. Moulton, 29, of Searsmont, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belmont Dec. 21, 48 hours in jail and $400 fine. 

    Desirae N. Cushman, 32, of Searsmont, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belmont Dec. 21, 48 hours in jail and $600 fine. 

    Jason D. Ames, 34, of Northport, disorderly conduct (fighting) in Belfast Feb. 2, $150 fine.
