    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Feb. 28 - March 6. 

    Elizabeth M. Kilby, 39, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast Sept. 23, 2015, 110 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Ginger L. Hegstrom, 38, of Thorndike, probation violation in Brooks Sept. 11, 2017, 80 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

    Paul E. Badger Jr., 23, of Bangor, gross sexual assault in Searsport Sept. 19, 2016, dismissed. 

    Jerry Ireland, 44, of Lincoln, cruelty to animals (four counts) in Swanville March 27, 2018, not guilty on all counts. 

    Trapper W. Larrabee, 24, of Knox, motor vehicle speeding 30+  mph over the speed limit in Knox May 6, 2018, $450 fine. 

    James Maher, 34, of Hampden, harassment by telephone in Lincolnville May 23, 2018, dismissed. 

    Joshua L. Vandine, 39, of Thomaston, burglary in Freedom Nov. 8, 2016, eight years in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Freedom Nov. 8, 2016, five years in prison; burglary (three counts) in Waldo Aug. 29, 2017, five years in prison for each count; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts) in Waldo Aug. 29, 2017, eight years in prison for each count; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Waldo (two counts) Aug. 29, 2017, both dismissed; criminal mischief (three counts) in Waldo Aug. 29, all dismissed.

    Scott P. Steele, 46, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 5, $400 fine. 

    Robin E. Webster, 55, of Montville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Morrill Nov. 16, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Morrill Nov. 16, dismissed. 

    Joshua Stacey, 38, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast Dec. 25, $300 fine. 

    David Barlow, 58, of Gardiner, violating a condition of release in Unity Jan. 3, 48 hours in jail. 

    William C. Whitcomb, 38, of Monroe, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with physical force) in Waldo Jan. 20, $300 fine. 

    Joshua A. Cunningham, 41, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 4, $500 fine. 

    Tiffany M. Fitzpatrick, 31, of Thorndike, assault in Freedom Dec. 19, dismissed. 

    Joshua A. Locke, 31, of Unity, theft by unauthorized use of property in Swanville Dec. 28, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Swanville Dec. 28, dismissed; operating while licenses suspended or revoked in Swanville Dec. 28, dismissed. 

    Michael W. Eaton, 41, of Burnham, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Burnham Dec. 13, $200 fine; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Burnham Dec. 13, $200 fine. 

    Kal R. Keithan, 45, of Montville, failure to register a vehicle in Liberty Dec. 16, $150 fine. 

    Tyler A. Vangel, 26, of Shirley, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Brooks Jan. 22, $400 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Jan. 22, $250 fine. 

    Alexandra H. Cayer, 31, of Searsmont, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast Feb. 4, $150 fine. 

    Christopher J. Cole, 26, of Brooks, attaching false plates in Belfast Jan. 22, $150 fine. 

    Desiree V. Gerrior, 38, of Waldo, attaching false plates in Belmont Feb. 5, $150 fine. 

    Eric N. Littlefield, 32, of Frankfort, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Jan. 31, $250 fine. 

    Laurel A. Hubbard, 56, of Montville, violating a protection from abuse order in Knox Feb. 27, 14 days in jail. 

    Casey O. Palmer, 27, of Freedom, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast Feb. 15, $150 fine; attaching false plates in Belfast Feb. 15, $150 fine. 

    Corey Spear, 19, of Hope, attaching false plates in Brooks Feb. 9, $150 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Feb. 9, $250 fine.

    Gregory Whitcomb, 53, of Morrill, burning without a permit in Northport Jan. 27, $100 fine. 

    William C. Whitcomb, 38, of Monroe, violating a condition of release in Brooks Feb. 9, $200 fine.
