BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Jan. 15-29.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Jan. 15

Darren Moulton, 60, of Searsport, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and attaching false plates on Swan Lake Ave in Swanville.

Alisha Moulton, 37, of Belmont, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Ave in Swanville.

Jan. 22

Richard L. Sprague, 55, of Pittsfield, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Weymouth Road in Morrill.
