Greg Rossner, 67, of Northport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Northport Sept. 15, 2017, dismissed; illegal importation of scheduled drugs (seven counts) in Northport March 19, 2019; June 17, 2019; July 13, 2019; Aug. 6, 2019; Oct. 9, 2019; Jan. 20, 2020; and Feb. 19, 2020, all dismissed.

Latisha Cook, 25, of Hampden, harassment in Belfast Feb. 28, 2018, $100 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport Nov. 10, $250 fine. 

Nicholas G. Adams, 26, of Frankfort, driving to endanger in Stockton Springs Jan. 11, 2019, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Stockton Springs Jan. 11, 2019, dismissed. 

Aaron M. Upton, 36, of Lincolnville, domestic violence assault in Lincolnville April 12, 2019, dismissed. 

Jase Caron, 24, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Frankfort Jan. 5, 2019, license suspended for 150 days and $750 fine; driving to endanger in Frankfort Jan. 5, 2019, dismissed.

John W. Keithan Jr., 45, of Brewer, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Montville March 20, 2019, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation, and $7,025 restitution. 

Christopher J. Ethier, 49, of Hampden, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Winterport Nov. 6, 2019, $250 fine; domestic violence assault in Winterport Nov. 6, 2019, dismissed. 

Scotty E. Clark, 37, of Belmont, fishing for or possessing fish taken during closed season in Swanville Dec. 31, 2019, dismissed. 

Howard W. Whitcomb, 36, of Brooks, criminal trespass in Belfast Feb. 29, $200 fine. 

Daniel M. Hodgdon, 47, of Waldo, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 16, 2020, dismissed. 

Robert Richards, 54, of Troy, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Troy March 16, $250 fine; violating a protection from abuse order in Troy June 6, dismissed. 

Christian Hansen, 51, of Liberty, harassment by telephone in Liberty March 28, dismissed. 

Robert Holloway, 62, of Rockland, violating a protection from abuse order in Searsport March 21, dismissed.
