Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Jan. 15-25. 

    Nicholas A. Parker, 32, of Belmont, operating under the influence in Waldo Jan. 1, 2019, seven days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Frankfort June 22, 2019, seven days in jail. 

    Kathleen Winslow, 35, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 5, 2019, dismissed. 

    Takota W. Lenfest, 22, of Swanville, domestic violence assault in Swanville Dec. 11, 2019, nine months in jail with all suspended and two years of probation. 

    Lily Grace Seiden Doherty, 20, of Searsmont, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the posted speed limit in Belfast May 10, dismissed. 

    Zachary Lunt, 23, of Waldo, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast July 27, dismissed. 

    Jon Dow, 60, of Stockton Springs, domestic violence reckless conduct in Stockton Springs Oct. 31, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Stockton Springs Oct. 31, dismissed; obstructing the report of a crime in Stockton Springs Oct. 31, dismissed.

    Nadine R. Heath, 54, of Troy, violating a condition of release in Troy Oct. 30, dismissed. 

    Nicholas A. Hart, 34, of Prospect, operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport Nov. 5, dismissed. 

    Marjorie C. Percival, 65, of Belfast, trespass by motor vehicle in Belfast Oct. 29, $100 fine. 

    Mark Thurlow, 60, of Lincolnville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Dec. 1, $100 fine and $102.14 restitution. 

    Heidi A. Resh, 40, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Dec. 1, $100 fine and $5 restitution. 

    James R. Witham, 40, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Dec. 3, $500 fine.
