    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Sept. 25 - Oct. 8. 

    Aaron L. Gibbs, 44, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Dec. 22, $300 fine and $95.98 restitution. 

    Kayla H. Claxton, 21, of Dixmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity March 9, $250 fine; operating after registration revocation in Unity March 9, $150 fine. 

    April N. Pickering, 33, of Morrill, operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville March 11, $250 fine; attaching false plates in Swanville March 11, unconditional discharge; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Feb. 10, $250 fine. 

    Joshua M. Pomeroy, 32, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Oct. 9, 2019, $300 fine and $89.99 restitution. 

    Richard R. Hall, 24, of Mount Vernon, attaching false plates in Liberty April 25, $100 fine. 

    Edward R. Mylen Sr., 62, of Montville, failure to register a vehicle in Brooks July 3, unconditional discharge. 

    Darrin M. Thompson, 22, of Newport, attaching false plates in Knox June 28, $50 fine. 

    Robert C. Wiley, 23, of Northport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Aug. 17, $250. 

    Reid E. Maclane, 26, of Camden, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Aug. 3, $150 fine. 

    Evan C. West, 22, of Liberty, violating a condition of release in Liberty Aug. 18, dismissed. 

    Edward J. Mea, 53, of Albion, operating under the influence in Unity July 30, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

    Zachariah Bormet, 21, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast July 31, $200 fine. 

    Kevin W. Leighton, 58, of Burnham, attaching false plates in Unity June 22, $50 fine. 

    Joseph E. Carter, 39, of China, operating a vehicle without a license in Unity June 28, $200 fine. 

    Sarah M. Dyer, 19, of Belfast, minor possessing liquor in Belfast Feb. 6, dismissed. 

    Jewel M. Gochanour, 19, of Apache Junction, Arizona, minor possessing liquor in Belfast Feb. 6, dismissed.

    Jordan W. Brown, 20, of Unity, minor possessing liquor in Unity Aug. 1, $200 fine. 

    Sabrina Furbush, 19, of Madison, minor consuming liquor in Unity Aug. 1, $200 fine. 

    Andrew R. Holmes, 27, of Palermo, operating an ATV on a public way in Liberty April 25, $100 fine.

    Stanton L. Harding Jr., 45, of Searsmont, operating an ATV on a public way in Liberty April 25, $100 fine.

    David Oxton, 50, of Knox, allowing a dog to be at large in Knox Aug. 8, $50 fine. 

    David A.M. Bowring, 30, of Clinton, domestic violence assault in Burnham May 27, 2019, three years in prison with all but four months suspended and two years of probation; domestic violence assault in Burnham May 24, 2019, four months in jail; aggravated criminal trespass in Burnham May 27, 2019, dismissed; obstructing the report of a crime in Burnham May 27, 2019, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Burnham May 27, 2019, dismissed. 

    Joel N. Peaslee, 37, of Sidney, criminal trespass in Palermo Nov. 30, $250 fine. 

    Anthony R. Scott, 38, of Waldoboro, operating after habitual offender revocation in Waldo Feb. 7, dismissed. 

    Jade Thomas, 24, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast March 3, dismissed. 

    Andrew B. Armstrong, 34, of Montville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast April 19, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont April 15, $500 fine. 

    Lucas Trask, 19, of Bangor, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Monroe July 25, $400 fine. 

    Jamie D. Moore, 27, of Verona, theft by unauthorized use of property in Searsport Aug. 3, nine months in jail. 

    Wayne D. Sinclair, 73, of Stockton Springs, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport April 29, dismissed. 

    Joseph Levesque, 40, of Van Buren, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Oct. 6, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Oct. 6, 48 hours in jail; attaching false plates in Belfast Oct. 6, dismissed. 

    Bo Denny Brassbridge, 26, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Monroe May 6, dismissed.
