    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Aug. 3-21. 

    Josh K. Hurd, 34, of Charleston, criminal trespass in Unity Sept. 16, 2016, $300 fine; burglary in Unity Sept. 16, 2016, dismissed. 

    Erica Paige, 24, of Bangor, assault in Belfast Oct. 18, 2016, $300 fine. 

    Andrew M. Sousa, 36, of Brooks, robbery in Unity April 9, 2018, four years in prison with all but two years suspended and three years of probation. 

    Tammy L. Pagliaroli, 49, of Freedom, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Knox May 9, 2018, one year in prison with all but 60 days suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine. 

    Christopher M. Owens, 51, of Palermo, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Palermo Oct. 8, 2018, 48 hours in jail and $500 fine; domestic violence assault in Palermo Oct. 8, 2018, dismissed.

    Shayla Belote, 30, of Searsport, probation violation in Belfast July 24, 2018, 29 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

    Jessica Cutliffe,40, of Morrill, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Belfast Sept. 25, 2018, two years imprison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine. 

    James Nealey, 27, of Northport, driving to endanger in Belfast Dec. 6, 2018, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 6, 2018, dismissed.

    Daniel D. Carson, 30, of Belfast, driving to endanger in Belfast Jan. 28, 2019 license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Jan. 28, 2019, dismissed.

    Susan R. Rich, 49, of Monroe, possessing a revoked, mutilated, fictitious, or fraudulent license in Searsport May 8, 2019, unconditional discharge; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsport May 8, 2019, dismissed. 

    Daniel G. Armstrong, 19, of Belfast, driving to endanger in Belmont June 14, 2019, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belmont June 14, 2019, dismissed; operating without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belmont June 14, 2019, dismissed.

    Alexis Brunner, 20, of Portland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast June 18, 2019, two years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine. 

    Joshua J. Burda, 28, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast July 16, 2019, dismissed. 

    Chad Hamilton, 39, of Burnham, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity July 7, 2019, $250 fine. 

    David J. Riley Jr., 37, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Northport Oct. 12, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Northport Oct. 12, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast June 2, 24 hours in jail. 

    Donald E. Colson, 63, of Ellsworth, negotiating a worthless instrument in Stockton Springs June 9, 2019, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Stockton Springs June 26, dismissed. 

    Donald Resh, 19, of Searsport, fishing for or taking shellfish from a closed area in Stockton Springs Oct. 29, dismissed. 

    Zachary Lear, 22, of Unity, refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Belfast Dec. 11, five days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 11, five days in jail; criminal mischief in Belfast Jan. 12, four days in jail and $246 restitution; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 12, four days in jail. 

    David Barlow, 59, of Gardiner, criminal trespass in Unity Dec. 31, dismissed. 

    Jacqueline L. Reed, 29, of Searsmont, negotiating a worthless instrument in Belfast Oct. 15, $200 fine and $51.49 restitution. 

    Jacob M. Webber, 30, of Jackson, aggravated operating of a meth lab (two counts) in Jackson Jan. 10, both dismissed. 

    Patrick S. Crommett, 29, of Vassalboro, failure to register a vehicle in Unity Nov. 23, $150 fine. 

    Karen I. Lewis, 53, of Brooksville, negotiating a worthless instrument in Searsport Jan. 10, 2019, 120 days in jail and $376.90 restitution; negotiating a worthless instrument in Searsport Nov. 29, 120 days in jail and $652.03 restitution. 

    Barry E. Tripp, 39, of Frankfort, terrorizing in Brooks Feb. 2, dismissed. 

    Breanne L. Rich, 27, of Freedom, violating a condition of release in Knox Dec. 15, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Knox Dec. 15, dismissed. 

    Carolyn Vittum, 44, of Westbrook, violating a condition of release in Belfast Feb. 22, $400 fine. 

    Raymond A. Miner III, 34, of Knox, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 14, seven days in jail; operating under the influence in Knox July 26, 180 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year six months of probation, license suspended for six years, and $1,400 fine; driving to endanger in Knox July 26, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Knox July 26, seven days in jail, license suspended for one year, and $600 fine; violating a condition of release in Knox July 26, seven days in jail.

    Steven A. Kenney, 42, of Searsport, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Searsport April 10, $250 fine; attaching false plates in Searsport April 10, $150 fine. 

    Katie Samchuck, 33, of Orland, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Northport April 20, 24 hours in jail; domestic violence criminal threatening in Northport April 14, dismissed. 

    Richard Slez, 65, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Swanville May 3, 30 days in jail. 

    Michael Fuller, 37, of Waterville, operating a vehicle without a license in Montville March 27, $150 fine; violating a condition of release in Montville March 27, $300 fine. 

    Todd Dorr, 40, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 13, $200 fine and $4.47 restitution. 

    Barry Bryant, 46, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Liberty April 1, 20 days in jail, license suspended for three years, and $900 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Liberty April 1, 20 days in jail and $582.04 restitution. 

    Brandon Gilman, 22, of Unity, operating under the influence in Burnham June 6, 10 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Burnham June 6, 10 days in jail, license suspended for one year, and $600 fine; violating a condition of release in Burnham June 6, 48 hours in jail. 

    Kelly A. Pattershall, 36, of Searsport, violating a protection from abuse order in Belfast June 9, dismissed. 

    Morgan Mitchell, 26, of Belfast, operating without a license in Belfast May 5, $150 fine; attaching false plates in Belfast April 26, $150 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast April 26, $150 fine. 

    Ryan R. Fuller, 28, of Searsmont, violating a condition of release in Searsmont July 19, 48 hours in jail. 

    Kyle M. Baril, 29, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Liberty June 12, $150 fine.

    Cody M. King, 24, of Burnham, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the posted speed limit in Burnham May 15, $500 fine. 

    Adam Feener, 24, of Hope, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Lincolnville May 11, $250 fine. 

    Ryan A. Fuller, 28, of Searsmont, violating a condition of release in Searsmont July 7, $500 fine.

    Janet A. Blood, 47, of Troy, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Troy June 27, $200 fine. 

    John J. Oliva Jr., 49, of Hermon, operating a vehicle without a license in Brooks May 16, $150 fine. 

    Erin Stratton, 22, of Swanville, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast June 28, $150 fine.

    Laurie A. Harvey, 34, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs May 23, four months in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs May 23, dismissed. 

    Charles I. Haskins, 25, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks July 9, $250 fine; attaching false plates in Brooks July 9, $150 fine.

    Luke H. Mentas, 18, of Stockton Springs, use of drug paraphernalia in Stockton Springs May 22, $300 fine.
