Here is what I know about Josh Gerritsen: He listens. He cares deeply about our community. He works hard. He is collaborative.  He is bright. He is compassionate and he is kind.

I personally am eager for him to be elected to represent Camden/Rockport in Augusta so I can work with him, as Vicki Doudera did so well with me in this position, on trying to get laws through in Maine that prioritize the safety of domestic abuse victims and the general public over the freedom of violent perpetrators. Also, because the main roadblock now to domestic violence victims escaping from danger at home is the lack of alternative shelter, so that he can carry out his excellent plans around affordable housing.

But I am also eager for him to be installed in the State House because he will bring kindness. And isn't kindness what we all desperately need more of right now, in politics as well as in our personal lives?

Please join me in voting for Josh Gerritsen to represent Camden/Rockport in Augusta.
