BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Sept. 18-29.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Sept. 18

Alexander M. Rogers, 30, of Chicago, Illinois, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on N. Main Street in Searsmont.

Sept. 19

Artem Richter, 25, of Monroe, was arrested for criminal threatening in Swanville. 

Sept. 21

Scott Philbrook, 53, of Swanville, was arrested for possession of a schedule W drug in Swanville.
