BPD patch.BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Oct. 3-13.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Oct. 3
Thomas Andrew, 63, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Poors Mill Road.
Peter McCaffrey, 55, of Frankfort, was arrested for operating after revocation and violating a condition of release.
Oct. 8
Nicolas Goguen, 40, of Waldo, was arrested for failure to appear.
Oct. 12
Rocky J. Littlefield, 19, of Searsport, was issued summonses for unauthorized use of property and violating a condition of release on Piper Stream Lane.
