Cristin R. Harvey, 35, of Thorndike, aggravated assault in Freedom July 5; violating a condition of release in Freedom July 5; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Waldo Aug. 23; violating a condition of release in Waldo Aug. 23.  

Rodney Barnett, 49, of Bangor, two counts of aggravated criminal mischief in Unity Sept. 5; violating a condition of release in Unity Sept. 5.

Derek A. Dichiara, 35, of Blue Hill, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon in Belfast July 16; aggravated criminal mischief in Belfast July 16; two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast July 16; driving to endanger in Belfast July 16; leaving the scene of an accident involving an attended vehicle in Belfast July 16; criminal operating under the influence in Belfast July 16.

Melissa J. Dyer, 47, of Searsport, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Swanville April 11; violating a condition of release in Swanville April 11. 

Randy S. Elwell, 29, of Belfast, two counts of gross sexual assault in Swanville March 1, 2023; unlawful sexual contact in Swanville March 1, 2023; tampering with a victim in Swanville March 1; two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor in Belfast May 2, and May 12; eight counts of dissemination of sexually explicit material in Belfast May 2, and May 12; harassment by telephone of electronic communication device. 

Mandy Everett, 38, of Belfast, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs April 4.

Christopher Gordon, 18, of Belfast, arson in Belfast July 29; two counts of aggravated criminal mischief in Belfast July 29; reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon in Belfast July 29; criminal mischief in Belfast July 29. 

Thatcher J. Jackson, 25, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast on or about July 7-9; tampering with a victim in Belfast on or about July 7-9; domestic violence criminal threatening in Belfast on or about July 7-9; possession of a firearm by a prohibited person in Belfast on or about July 7-9; violating a protective order in Belfast on or about July 7-9; possession of a firearm by a prohibited person in Belfast July 28; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Belfast July 28; aggravated criminal trespass in Belfast July 28; violating a protective order in Belfast July 28; assault in Belfast July 28; refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Belfast July 28.

Christopher T. Kenney, 36, of Belmont, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County June 12. 

Erica R. Leach, 36, of Belmont, violating a condition of release in Belmont Aug. 6.

Nicholas Ledger, 25, of Freedom, two counts of domestic violence aggravated assault in Freedom Nov. 15, and Jan. 1; two counts of domestic violence assault in Freedom Sept. 30, and May 1. 

Alisha L. Moulton, 38, of Belmont, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs Aug. 17; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Aug. 17; aggravated unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs in Belmont March 1; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs in Belmont March 1.
