Rockport Police beat

    ROCKPORT — Rockport Police reported issuing six traffic citations between March 29-June 1. Of the six traffic citations, three were issued for failure to register vehicle, two were issued for not providing proof of insurance and one for speeding. In addition to the traffic infractions, Rockport Police reported six summonses and three individuals arrested, including the following activity.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.

    March 29

    Carrie June, 28, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Officer Celjeta Bixhaku for dog at large.

    April 18

    Tess Morrison, 29, of Belfast, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for operating after suspension.

    April 24

    William Tassi, 25, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Anthony Del Vecchio for operating after the influence.

    May 1

    John A. Coleman, 57, of Rockport, was arrested by Officer Jacob Powers for operating under the influence.

    May 5

    Donald Cohen, 61, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Del Vecchio for operating under the influence.

    May 12

    Nickolas King, 30, of Union, was arrested by Sgt. James Moore for terrorizing, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

    May 23

    Deandra L. Grant-Lambert, 30, of Searsport, was arrested by Powers on two warrants.
