PITTSFIELD — The Oceanside, Medomak Valley and Mount View wrestling programs traveled Wednesday, Dec. 28 to compete in the Maine Central Institute Husky Winter Classic. 

Oceanside won the tournament with 127 points, while Medomak Valley finished fifth with 78.5 points and Mount View finished seventh with 64 points. 

Placing for Oceanside were Austin White-Ortiz (third; 106 pounds), Maddie Ripley (second; 113 pounds), Phoenix Martinez (second; 120 pounds), Gavin Ripley (first; 138 pounds), Nathaniel Small (first; 160 pounds), Joseph Brown (second; 170 pounds), Michael Matthews (fourth; 195 pounds) and Takuma Steinberger (fourth; 285 pounds). 

Placing for Mount View were Antonio Vieira (third; 126 pounds), Chase Kenney (fourth; 145 pounds), Tony Mathous fourth; 182 pounds) and Riley Bryant (third; 285 pounds).
