Meet Reeva Wyman, branch manager of Maine State Credit Union's Belfast location

"As Maine State Credit Union (MSCU) expands its presence in Midcoast Maine, the organization is proud to introduce Reeva Wyman, Branch Manager of its Belfast location," said MSCU, in a news release.

With deep roots in Waldo County, Wyman brings more than twelve years of banking experience to the role, including the past six years within the credit union industry. Her background includes member service, lending, financial counseling, branch operations, and team leadership. She has completed coursework in Business Administration and Accounting and holds certifications as a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) and Notary Public.

Throughout her career, Wyman has focused on helping individuals build financial confidence while fostering strong relationships with members and colleagues alike. She has successfully led teams, supported employee development, and created branch cultures centered on exceptional service and community engagement.

For Wyman, leading MSCU's Belfast branch is also a homecoming. Having grown up in Waldo County, she is excited to reconnect with the community that shaped her and to support local families, businesses, and organizations through the credit union's commitment to financial wellness, according to MSCU.

Beyond her professional experience, Wyman has remained actively involved in community service. She has volunteered with organizations including People Plus, Sanctuary Baking in Brunswick, and Freeport Community Services' food pantry. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Waldo County YMCA.

In her role as Branch Manager, she looks forward to helping members and non-members alike achieve greater financial wellness, confidence, and success.
