ROCKPORT — MaineHealth Pen Bay Hospital will host flu clinics on select Saturdays this fall, from September through November, at the MaineHealth Beebe Health Center, located at 15 Anchor Drive, Rockport. Clinics will be held Sept. 26, Oct. 10, Oct. 24, and Nov. 7, from 9 a.m. to noon.

Participating practices include:

MaineHealth Primary Care Family Medicine Rockport, serving current patients 18+. Please call 207-301-5900 to schedule an appointment.
MaineHealth Primary Care Internal Medicine Rockport, serving current patients 18+. Please call 207-301-5800 to schedule an appointment.
MaineHealth Pediatrics Rockport, serving current patients 6 months and older. Please call 207-301-5600 to schedule an appointment.

"Appointments are strongly encouraged, but drop-ins will be accommodated when possible," said MaineHealth in a news release.

The pharmacy team at Pen Bay Hospital will also be onsite to administer flu vaccines to community members age 5 and up who are not patients of the participating practices.

Most insurances are accepted, and those with insurance should be sure to bring their insurance card. Those without insurance who wish to pay out of pocket for a flu shot will be billed.

MaineHealth recommends an annual flu shot for everyone age six months and older—especially people who are at greater risk for serious complications from the flu.
