Sherrie Demmons, 58, of Warren, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland May 24, 2025, dismissed; disorderly conduct, noxious and offensive odors in Rockland May 24, 2025, $400 fine.

Scott G. Didaleusky, 48, of Thomaston, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait in Thomaston Oct. 13, 2025, $500 fine.

Rebecca L. Goldenthal, 55, of West Rockport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Jan. 31, 2025, dismissed.

Michael A. Hooper, 51, of Tenants Harbor, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Dec. 13, 2024, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Jeffrey M. Kennard, 34, of Liberty, failure to register vehicle in Washington July 5, 2024, $125 fine.

Kristina Larrondo, 34, Rockland, burglary, aggravated assault, aggravated criminal trespass, and domestic violence assault all in Rockland June 26, 2024, all dismissed; criminal mischief in Rockland June 26, 2024, $300 fine all suspended; assault in Rockland June 26, 2024, $300 fine all suspended.

Amy Lippincott, 60, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland July 5, 2025, $750 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Jeremy L. Ludwig, of Warren, 38, operating watercraft under the influence in Warren July 5, 2025, $750 fine.

Gwenyth F. Miller, 21, of Camden, minor consuming liquor in Camden July 31, 2025, $200 fine all suspended; operating under the influence (alcohol) in Camden July 31, 2025, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; operating without vehicle (conditions and restrictions) in Camden July 31, 2025, dismissed.

Mark Miller, 66, of Spruce Head, possessing lobster beyond maximum or minimum size in Spruce Head Oct. 3, 2025, $2,400 fine.

Cameron J. Pease, 27, of Rockport, lobster and crab fishing without a license in Cushing Sept. 8, 2025, $500 fine.

Michael M. Perret, 41, of Camden, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Camden Sept. 1, 2025, $400 fine refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop all in Camden Sept. 1, 2025, $400 fine all suspended.

Heather D. Poland, 48, St. George, operating under the influence, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine.

Todd Preston, 38, of Rockland, failing to report, two counts, in Rockland Oct. 1, 2025, guilty.

Thomas Wayland Shell Jr., 70, of Hope, two counts of gross sexual assault, two counts, in Hope July 1, 2018 and Feb. 2, 2015, both dismissed.

Adam Silverman, 31, of Warren, violating condition of release in Washington Sept. 20, 2025, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Washington July 25, 2025, guilty.

Christopher Spurling, 45, of South Thomaston, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in South Thomaston Sept. 2, 2022, dismissed.

Jason M.
