Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity March 9-27.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Feb. 9 (late entry)
Aubree N. Henderson, 19, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft on Route 52, stemming from an incident in January.
March 9
Christian Hodgdon, 30, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Lincolnville Ave.
March 10
Wendy S. MacFee, 62, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence criminal threatening and domestic violence assault on Searsport Road.
March 11
Patricia A. Defrancesco, 71, of Searsport, was issued a summons for theft on High Street.
March 19
Angelina Rock, 49, of Augusta, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and operating after suspension on Miller Street.
March 20
Ronald Wilson, 49, of Augusta, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug, attaching false plates, failure to appear, and violating a condition of release on Waterville Road.
Feb. 26
Harmony S. Tolle, 46, of Swanville, was arrested for two counts of theft on Starrett Drive.
