Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from June 20-July 11.

    Antonio Alvarez, 50, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, in Rockland May 16, 2021, dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockland May 16, 2021, $1,000 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Travis D. Ames, 43, of South Thomaston, violation of protected resources, Chapter 75, in Spruce Head April 7, 2022, $250 fine.

    Larissa M. Amergian, 25, of Portland, criminal threatening, assault, two counts, violating condition of release all in Thomaston June 1, 2021, five days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Thomaston June 1, 2021, dismissed.

    Tobias Q. Andrews, 30, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, in Rockland July 24, 2021, $700 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended three years.

    Nathaniel Atwell, 41, of Rockland, driving to endanger in Thomaston June 23, 2020, dismissed.

    Michael Baudanza, 64, of Thomaston, violation of protected resources, Chapter 75, in Rockland March 5, 2022, $350 fine.

    Rico Baudanza, 25, of Thomaston, violation of gear rule, Chapter 75, in Rockland March 5, 2022, $250 fine.

    Zachary Blackler, 29, of Friendship, fishing without a valid license in Appleton April 29, 2022, $100 fine.

    Robert J. Burgess, 34, of Waldoboro, burglary in Rockland Dec. 7, 2020, three years in jail all suspended, probation two years, restitution of $1,113.08.

    Mitchell McNeil Carney, 32, of Thomaston, failing to make oral or written accident report in Camden Jan. 26, 2022, $350 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident and false swearing both in Camden Jan. 26, 2022, $350 fine, all suspended.  

    John Coleman, 59, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockport May 1, 2021, dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockport May 1, 2021, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Ricky F. Curtis, 62, of Union, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, in Rockland March 9, 2022, $250 fine.

    Anthony Dec, 23, of Rockland, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockland March 18, 2022, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refuse to stop in Rockland March 18, 2022, $250 fine.

    Scott W. Delano Jr., 35, of Somerville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Feb. 24, 2022, $400 fine.

    Ryan Dennison, 38, of Spruce Head, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, on Matinicus March 10, 2022, $850 fine.

    Jeshua Dorsey, 35, of Tenants Harbor, terrorizing in Rockport May 15, 2019, 30 days in jail.

    Wallace G. Endy Jr., 36, of St. George, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockport May 10, 2022, $250 fine.

    Robbie Flint, 25, of Waldoboro, fishing without a valid license in Appleton April 29, 2022, $100 fine.

    Gordon N. Garnett, 39, of Washington, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Union April 30, 2022, $600 fine, 48 hours jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Zachary Genthner, 30, of Jefferson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Feb. 11, 2022, seven days in jail, restitution of $34.62; violating condition of release in Thomaston Feb. 11, 2022, 48 hours jail.

    Roy Grotton III, 21, of South Thomaston, domestic violence assault and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Warren April 22, 2022, both dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Warren April 22, 2022, $300 fine.

    Thomas Hanna, 23, of Bristol, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Nov. 7, 2020, $500 fine, 48 hours jail, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release in Rockland Nov. 7, 2020, 48 hours jail.

    Bianca E. Matthews, 19, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston April 13, 2022, $250 fine and restitution of $117.06.

    Cody Olson, 28, of Rockland, criminal mischief in Thomaston Jan. 15, 2022, $150 fine and restitution of $748.35.

    Brandon Patterson, 34, of Thomaston, operating vehicle without license in Cushing March 30, 2022, $150 fine.

    Mckayla Paulsen, 23, of St. George, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Jan. 1, 2022, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; attaching false plates in Rockland Jan. 1, 2022, dismissed.

    Gary Phillips, 36, of Rockland, domestic violence assault in Rockland Feb. 27, 2021, three years in jail all suspended, probation two years.

    Aren J. Polky, 26, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Thomaston March 11, 2022, $700 fine; operating vehicle without license in South Thomaston March 11, 2022, $150 fine, all suspended.

    Jerry P. Poulin, 56, Rockland, burglary on Oct. 9, 2019, in Camden, dismissed; theft and criminal trespass on Sept. 24, 2019, in Camden, 90 days in jail. The theft occurred Sept. 24 and involved more than $500 in cash from the victim, according to the criminal complaint. The state alleges that after the victim suspected someone was breaking in his residence, he set up a surveillance camera and it captured Poulin breaking into the structure.

    Paul Robinson, 50, of Waterville, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland March 5, 2021, $500 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended 150 days. 

    Christopher Seidl, 26, of Searsmont, domestic violence aggravated assault and reckless conduct in Camden Dec. 31, 2021, both dismissed; violating condition of release, two counts, in Camden Dec. 31, 2021, 90 days in jail; domestic violence assault and domestic violence reckless conduct in Camden Dec. 31, 2021, 364 days in jail with all but 90 days suspended, probation two years.

    Gary Simmons, 50, of Damariscotta, probation violation on a previous conviction of aggravated forgery in Rockport Oct. 2, 2019, 30 months in prison, probation revoked.

    Misha Steiner, 29, of Camden, operating under the influence (drugs or combination) in Cadmen Sept. 6, 2020, dismissed; failing to stop and provide information in Camden Sept. 6, 2020, $250 fine, all suspended; driving to endanger in Camden Sept. 6, 2020, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Toby W. Stinson, 45, of Hope, domestic violence aggravated assault in Washington April 1, 2022, dismissed; domestic violence assault and obstructing report of a crime in Washington April 1, 2022, six months in jail; violating condition of release, two counts, in Washington April 4, 2022, three years in jail with all but six months suspended and probation six months; violating condition of release in Rockland April 6, 2022, seven days in jail.

    Kody Nelson Wallace, 28, Nobleboro, probation violation on a prior violation of protection from abuse order, 16 days in jail.

    Jason Walter, 32, of Rockport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland Dec. 6, 2021, $500 fine.

    Richard Wellington, 69, of Owls Head, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Nov. 30, 2019, dismissed; failing to make oral or written accident report and failing to stop and provide information, both guilty, in Rockland Nov. 30, 2019; driving to endanger in Rockland Nov. 30, 2019, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.
