Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from March 28-April 19.

    Dillon Ja Ames, 27, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery on Vinalhaven Dec. 12, 2020, seven days in jail, restitution $600.

    Conner J. Andrews, 26, of Damariscotta, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland Feb. 10, 2022, $250 fine.

    Raney A. Benner, 66, of South Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Jan. 26, 2022, $400 fine, restitution $296.93.

    Wili Calel, 30, of Camden, domestic violence assault and domestic violence aggravated assault in Thomaston Feb. 7, 2021, both dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Thomaston Feb. 7, 2021, $750 fine.

    Michael Canfield, 25, of Rockport, unlawful sexual contact in Warren April 6, 2018, five years in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation two years; reckless conduct in Rockport Jan. 1, 2021, $250 fine; violating condition of release in Rockport Jan. 1, 2021, $250 fine all suspended; domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening, criminal mischief and violating condition of release, all in Rockport July 9, 2021, 30 days in jail.

    Renee K. Cobb, 43, of Augusta, operating after registration suspended in Thomaston Feb. 10, 2022, dismissed.

    Anthony Dec, 22, of Owls Head, domestic violence assault in Rockland March 18, 2022, dismissed.

    Vanessa M. Delano, 33, of Bowdoin, criminal mischief in Rockland July 28, 2021, 30 days in jail.

    Peyton E. Feener, 26, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Thomaston June 3, 2020, dismissed; driving to endanger in Thomaston June 3, 2020, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Bonnie French, 48, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, in Rockland Jan. 2, 2021, $600 fine, all suspended, 364 days in jail with all but 50 days suspended, administrative release sentence one year, license suspended 150 days; operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors, violating protection from abuse order, theft by unauthorized use of property and attaching false plates, all in Warren Aug. 11, 2021, all dismissed; violating condition of release , two counts, in Warren Oct. 28, 2021, 365 days in prison with all but 265 days suspended, probation two years; violating condition of release in Warren Oct. 28, 2021, 60 days in jail.

    Hannah M. Galkowski, 23, of South Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked in Cushing Dec. 8, 2021, $250 fine.

    Wayne S. Havener, 57, of Rockland, probation violation for unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Nov. 14, 2020, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

    Andrew Landry, 60, of Hallowell, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockport March 6, 2020, dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockport March 5, 2020, $750 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Kristina S. Mitchell, 41, of Tenants Harbor, domestic violence assault in St. George Sept. 2, 2021, dismissed.

    Jamie L. Nickerson, 33, of Rockland, probation violation for conviction of violating condition of release in Rockland Feb. 1, 2020, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; violating condition of release in Rockland March 28, 2022, 30 days in jail.

    Colby P. Oakes, 43, of Vinalhaven, assault on Vinalhaven on August 23, 2019, $300 fine, 364 days in jail all suspended, probation one year.

    Jake P. Paulsen, 19, of Rockland, minor transporting liquor in Rockland Nov. 3, 2021, $200 fine; marijuana: under 21 years of age in Rockland Nov. 3, 2021, $350 fine.

    Richard A. Paulsen II, 61, of St. George, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Thomaston Nov. 23, 2021, $500 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Brian J. Reagan, 50, of Appleton, criminal trespass in Appleton July 29, 2020, 30 days jail; assault in Warren Jan. 27, 2021, $300 fine, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release in Warren Jan. 27, 2021, 30 days in jail.

    Stacey Scheider, 43, of Newport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Feb. 20, 2022, $250 fine.

    Tyson S. Servisky, 34, of Searsport, trafficking in prison contraband in Rockland Feb. 15, 2021, nine months in jail.

    Nathaniel P. Small, 41, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Sept. 29, 2019, 90 days in jail all suspended, probation one year.

    Richard Squires, 40, of Rockland, gross sexual assault in Rockland Oct. 1, 2018, 15 years in jail with all but five years suspended, probation four years.

    According to the police affidavit filed by Rockland Police Detective Joel Neal, the father of the victim, who is a 13-year-old male, alerted police about the alleged assault after he received a text message by mistake from his son, who intended to send it to Squires.

    During their investigation, Rockland Police found numerous text messages of a sexual nature between the victim and Squires on the teenager’s cell phone.

    On February 16, Rockland Police received information from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office regarding a 13-year-old male who had been sexually assaulted by a 37-year-old male.

    The victim in this case was taken by his parents to the hospital so that a sexual assault forensic examination could be conducted, according to the Police, in a news release.

    Detectives from the Rockland Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division responded to investigate the complaint.  As a result, Squires, was arrested for Class A Gross Sexual Assault.

    William R. Tassi, 26, of Camden, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockport, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Angela Taylor, 26, of Camden, domestic violence assault in Camden Sept. 27, 2020, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Camden Sept. 27, 2020, $500 fine.

    Katelyn D. Thomas, 21, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Dec. 4, 2021, $250 fine.

    Randy Withee, 44, of Warren, violating municipal shellfish ordinance in South Thomaston Feb. 22, $300 fine.

    Seth M. Young, 33, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland August 23, 2021, $500 fine, 48 hours jail, license suspended 150 days.
