Dylan D. Mitchell, 25, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Morrill Jan. 27, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of administrative release, license suspended for 150 days, $500 fine, and $199.99 restitution; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Belfast March 10, seven days in jail; criminal mischief in Belfast March 10, seven days in jail and $199.99 restitution.
