Ryan S. Flannery, 40, of Stockton Springs, driving to endanger in Waldo Dec. 22, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.

Susan Pellicano, 56, of Deer Isle, operating under the influence in Belfast March 13, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; failing to stop, remain, or render aid at a personal injury crash in Belfast March 11, $1,000 fine.. 

Dylan D. Mitchell, 25, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Morrill Jan. 27, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of administrative release, license suspended for 150 days, $500 fine, and $199.99 restitution; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Belfast March 10, seven days in jail; criminal mischief in Belfast March 10, seven days in jail and $199.99 restitution.

James Ruschmeier, 45, of Stockton Springs, criminal threatening in Belfast Jan. 20, six months in jail with all suspended and one year of administrative release; terrorizing in Belfast Jan. 20, $1,000 fine; operating without a license in Stockton Springs May 29, $1,000 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Stockton Springs May 29, $1,000 fine; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs May 29, $1,000 fine.
