BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Nov. 30 - Dec. 10.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Nov. 30

Benjamin Sniger, 26, of Swanville, was arrested for domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal mischief, and endangering the welfare of a child on Town House Road in Swanville. 

Dec. 2

Isaiah R. Pottle, 37, of Liberty, was issued summonses for failure to notify or give notice of an accident via quickest means and operating with expired operation on Route 173 in Searsmont.

Dec. 5

Jason Reed, 56, of Winterport, was arrested for criminal operating under the influence on Stream Road in Winterport.
