BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Dec. 23-30. 

Tierra A. Stevens, 29, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Frankfort Aug. 1, 2024, dismissed. 

Cyril W. King, 49, of Monroe, illegal possession of a firearm in Monroe March 3, 18 months in prison with all suspended and two years of probation; criminal threatening in Monroe March 3, dismissed. 

Shawn Tracy, 53, of Norridgewock, domestic violence terrorizing in Waldo July 12, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Unity July 12, $300 fine. 

Heather L. Dunphy, 39, of Swanville, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Knox June 11, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Brooks Nov. 9, $800 fine; violating a condition of release in Brooks Nov. 9, $200 fine. 

Alec Z. Niemy, 34, of Belfast, aggravated criminal mischief in Belfast July 18, dismissed. 

Glenn Reed, 52, of Belfast, harassment in Belfast June 23, $200 fine.
