    Alicia Averill, 29, of Union, disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures in Warren Sept.10, 2019, dismissed.

    Amanda C. Baker, 28, of Warren, operating under the influence (drugs or combination) in Washington July 9, 2020, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Kevin Brown, 37, of Rockport, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing in stop in St. George April 20, 2020, 48 hours in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in St. George April 20, 2020, $500 fine, six months in jail.

    Kaleb R. Cambell, 21, of North Haven, operating after habitual offender revocation on North Haven April 26, 2020, dismissed; criminal mischief on North Haven April 26, 2020, $500 fine.

    Jason L. Davis, 33, of Warren, violating condition of release, in Rockland Nov. 9, 2020, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release in Warren Nov. 21, 2020, 48 hours in jail.

    Wendie W. Demuth, 62, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockport July 28, 2019, dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockport July 28, 2019, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Jason M. Gallagher, 40, of Waldoboro, failing to appear for disclosure or attempt hearing in Rockland March 20, 2019, dimissed.

    Pennie Gamage, 37, of Owls Head, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Oct. 31, 2020, $400 fine; operating after registration suspended in Rockland Oct. 31, 2020, dismissed, violating condition of release, two counts, in Rockland Oct. 31, 2020, 40 days in jail; operating under the influence (drugs or combination) in Rockland Dec. 10, 2020, dismissed; violating condition of release, two counts, in Rockland Dec. 10, 2020, 40 days in jail.

    Ronald S. Grover, 53, of Cushing, domestic violence aggravated assault in Warren Jan. 11, 2020, two years in jail with all but 150 days suspended, probation two years; assault in Warren Jan. 11, 2020, dismissed; domestic violence assault, criminal mischief and violating condition of release, two counts, all in Warren Oct. 10, 2020, seven days in jail; violating condition of release in Warren Oct. 10, 2020, dismissed.

    Frank Guptill, 53, of Friendship, raising or hauling traps during closed period in Friendship Sept. 25, 2020, $250 fine;

    Sarah Havener, 35, of Waldoboro, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Feb. 5, 2020, $400 fine, 14 days in jail.

    Nathan Miller Hildings, 28, of Vinalhaven, criminal mischief on Vinalhaven July 25, 2020, $250 fine.

    Ryan A Hopkins, 30, of Union, operating while license suspended or revoked in Union Nov. 26, 2020, $250 fine.

    Nicholas J. Lacoy, 21, of Union, driving to endanger in Appleton Nov. 21, 2020, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days; failing to make oral or written accident report in Appleton Nov. 21, 2020, $350 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Appleton Nov. 21, 2020, dismissed.

    Christopher R. Lang, 55, of Danvers, Mass., operating under the influence (alcohol) in Friendship July 26, 2020, $500 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Nicole Lemay, 43, of Sabattus, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs in Warren Aug. 8, 2019, $400 fine, 10 years in prison with all but four years suspended, probation three years.

    Ashley Libby, 33, of Thomaston, operating after registration suspended in Rockland Oct. 25, 2020, $150 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland Oct. 25, 2020, $250 fine.

    Gerrod Henry Little, 28, of Warren, aggravated assault in Warren June 22, 2019, 18 months in jail, trafficking in prison contraband, two counts, in Warren June 22, 2019, nine months in jail.

    Gary A. Lucas, 66, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, in Rockland Sept. 6, 2019, $700 fine, six months in jail with all but 45 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended; failing to stop for an officer in Rockland Sept. 6, 2019, seven days in jail; operating vehicle without license (conditions and restrictions) in Rockland Sept. 6, 2019, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release in Rockland Nov. 4, 2020, 30 days in jail.

    Allen Mank, 63, of Cushing, domestic violence assault in Cushing July 30, 2020, 180 days in jail all suspended, probation one year.

    Wilbur McCaul Jr., 42, of Appleton, resident crossbow hunting without license in Appleton Nov. 28, 2020, $100 fine.

    Margaret A. Nugent, 70, of Vinalhaven, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Owls Head March 2, 2018, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Evan W. Obercian, 37, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Camden July 26, 2020, $500 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Mary E. Philbrook, 44, of Fitchburg, Mass., domestic violence criminal threatening, domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening all on Vinalhaven Dec. 8, 2019, all dismissed; assault on Vinalhaven Dec. 8, 2019, $300 fine, 12 days in jail; violating condition of release on Vinalhaven Dec. 12, 2019, 12 days in jail.
