Country Roads returns to Watts Hall for Country Western Dance Night

Friday, May 15, 2026 - 07:00 pmTHOMASTON — Watts Hall will once again turn into a lively honky-tonk dance floor, according to a news release, on Friday, May 15, at 7 p.m., as Country Roads returns for another Country Western Dance Night.
Known for bringing energy, crowd favorites, and plenty of opportunities to dance, Country Roads was named the 2018 Modern Country Winner by the Pine Tree State Country Music Association, according to Watts Hall Community Arts. Hailing from Southern Maine, the band performs a mix of modern and classic country hits from artists including Luke Combs, Tim McGraw, George Strait, Jason Aldean, and Johnny Cash.
"Whether guests are experienced dancers or just looking for a fun night out, the evening promises great music, a welcoming atmosphere, and plenty of chances to hit the dance floor," said Community Arts. "From two-stepping and line dancing to simply singing along with friends, the event is designed to bring people together for an upbeat night of entertainment."
A cash bar provided by On The Rocks will be available throughout the evening, along with light concessions including chips, cookies, crackers, and popcorn.
Advance tickets are $22. Any remaining tickets will be available for $27 on the day of the event. Dance nights at Watts Hall regularly sell out, and advance ticket purchases are encouraged, according to the news release.
