BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Aug. 13 - Sept. 1.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Aug. 13

Justice Whiting, 21, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Route 3. 

Aug. 23

Arlo Greg, 24, of Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Park Street.Jonathan A. Mead, 44, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Lincolnville Ave, stemming from an incident July 29.

Aug. 26

Darren Moulton, 60, of Searsmont, was arrested for violating bail. 

Jason Trefethen, 48, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Searsport Ave.
