BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Aug. 9-20.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Aug. 9

Matthew Wood, 41, of Belfast, was issued a summons for cruelty to animals on Front Street. 

Aug. 10

Dale B. Goodman, 41, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a protection order. 

Aug. 17

Erica R. Leach, 37, of Swanville, was arrested for violating a condition of release. 

Candice L. Weiss, 41, of Saco, was arrested for theft and violating a condition of release on Lincolnville Ave. 

Aug. 18

Darcy Kerr, 27, of Montville, was arrested for failure to appear.
