BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity July 9-23.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

July 9

Nicolas J. Goguen, 39, of Waldo, was arrested for indecent conduct on Main Street.

July 16

Derek DiChiara, 35, of Blue Hill, was arrested for unlawful possession of fentanyl, driving to endanger, operating under the influence, and leaving the scene of a property damage crash on High Street.

July 18

Ashley M.K. Oleson, 38, of Bucksport, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Searsport Ave. 

July 22

Max Mitchell, 45, of Belmont, was issued a summons for possession of a schedule W drug on Starrett Drive.
