Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity June 2-16.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 2
Denny J. Winchenbaugh, 50, of Belfast, for an interlock device violation on High Street.
June 9
Michael W. Embry Jr., 26, was issued a summons for criminal trespassing on Footbridge Road.
June 8
Peter W. McLaughlin, 63, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft on Lincolnville Ave.
June 10
Aiden Gibson, 19, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Main Street.
June 13
Trey Harford, 34, of Swanville, was arrested for failure to appear, violating a condition of release, refusing to stop for a law enforcement officer, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Route 1.
June 14
Krysta Sky M. Sweetland, 27, of Belfast, was arrested for an unpaid fine.
