Hollis H. Duswald, 48, of Rockland, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Rockland June 12, 2023, dismissed; operating under the influence (drugs or combination) in Rockland June 12, 2023, dismissed.

Shayne Elwell, 39, of Thomaston, probation violation on a prior domestic violence assault conviction in Rockland July 27, 2018, 29 months in prison, probation revoked; violating condition of release in Rockland Feb. 27, 2025, 18 months in jail; violating condition of release, three counts, in Rockland March 22, 2025, 18 months in prison; failure to appear after bailed in Rockland March 26, 2026, 30 months in prison; violating condition of release in Rockland March 26, 2026, six months in jail.

Brian S. Lee, 38, of Rockland, violating condition of release, two counts, in Warren July 2, 2026, seven days in jail for each count.

Brandon Maddocks, 31, of Washington, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder, with priors, in Rockland Feb. 3, 2026, $400 fine, two years in jail with all but 90 days suspended, probation two years; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Feb.3, 2026, $400 fine with fine suspended, 90 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Warren May 4, 2026, seven days in jail; criminal trespass in Warren May 4, 2026, seven days in jail.

Jeff Jay Simons, 55, of Hampden, fishing without a valid license in Camden April 4, 2026, $100 fine.

Mikayla Faith Smith, 27, of Rockland, assault in Rockland Oct. 19, 2025, dismissed.

Sydney A. Aho Tran, 35, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, with a prior, in Rockland July 31, 2025, $750 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Rockland Oct. 1, 2025, dismissed; violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked, with a prior, both in Rockland Oct. 1, 2025, $500 fine for each count with fines suspended; operating under the influence (alcohol), operating while license suspended or revoked, with a prior, and violating condition of release all in Camden Aug. 24, 2025, $1,500 in total fines, with fines suspended.
