Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Sept. 8-24.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Sept. 8
Alphonse Seymour, 60, of Bangor, was issued summonses for domestic violence assault and violating a condition of release on Route 1.
Sept. 14
Cara N. Mickelson, 38, of Northport, was issued a summons for endangering the welfare of a child on Lincolnville Ave.
Sept. 15
Richard York, 31, of Belfast, was arrested for possession of schedule W drugs and violating a condition of release on Back Belmont Road.
Patrick Bailey, 22, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft on Searsport Ave.
Ira Bailey, 42, of Searsmont, was issued summonses for violation of a protection order and violating a condition of release on Jacob Road.
Sept. 17
Kevin C. Jewell, 38, of Searsport, was arrested for violating a protection order on Baker Road.
Sept. 20
Seth Hustus, 18, of Belfast, was issued summonses for domestic violence assault, criminal mischief, and obstructing the report of a crime or injury on Lincolnville Ave.
Sept. 21
Amanda Morton, 49, of Searsport, was arrested for failure to appear.
Kyle Downs, 32, of Swanville, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Achorn Road.
Sept. 22
Tyler Damon, 34, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for possession of a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release on Brooke Ave.
Justin Bent, 38, of Belfast, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Daniel Drive.
