Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity July 18 - Aug. 4.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 8 (late entry)
Phyllip Stevens, 34, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on High Street.
July 18
Alec Z. Niemy, 33, was arrested for criminal mischief on Northport Ave.
July 24
Timothy Gotham, 44, of Belfast, was issued a summons for domestic violence aggravated assault and violating a condition of release on Bridge Street.
July 28
Thomas Cross, 37, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault and violating a condition of release on Ryan Road.
Aug. 3
Tyler Damon, 33, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating a condition of release on Crocker Road.
